As an SSI Assistant Instructor, you’ll gain a recognized certification that showcases your expertise and professionalism in the diving industry. You’ll be able to assist with Open Water classes, instructing students on nearly all the skills necessary for their certification.

NOTE: This class also requires assisting in the teaching of upcoming Open Water classes.

Prerequisites: Must have current Divemaster and Nitrox 40 certifications. Candidates must also have must have logged at least 75 open water dives totaling 50 hours or more.

Date: Wednesday, June 3rd

This will be the first meeting of several classroom and pool sessions; subsequent meeting dates will be determined by the class during the first session. The number of classes, hours and sessions per day are set by the individual instructor, based on the candidate’s needs, ability
and local water conditions
